Your Host

My name is Dhugal.

I am a yoga teacher trainer of over 11 years (and a teacher since last century).

I am a specialist in the anatomy of difference (why we cannot do yoga poses the same, why we cannot use standard cues and alignment), the practice and philosophy of yoga and I am a practicing acupuncturist.

I call for a simplifying of life, a balance of our heart-mind health through gentle, constant practice.

I teach with a fair dose of humour and want you to know more.
