Our 500hr program includes 6 super fun modules. The Hatha and Vinyasa modules (250hrs) focus on muscle anatomy, Hatha yoga practice & uber inspirational Indian philosophy, while the three Yin modules focus on bone anatomy & fascia, static practice and you are who you are Tantra (Taoism & Zen).
