My name is Dhugal.

I am a yoga and qigong teacher trainer of over 11 years (and a teacher since last century).

I am a specialist in the anatomy of difference (why we cannot do move our bodies the same way, why we cannot use standard cues and alignment), the practice and philosophy of yoga and I am a practicing acupuncturist.

I call for a simplifying of life, a balance of our heart-mind health through gentle, constant practice. 

I teach with a fair dose of humour and want you to know more.
