In the little 'Niya Spa' you can spoil yourself with a traditional ayurvedic oil massage or other wonderful treatments. Relax by the pool with a view into the surrounding rainforest or take part in a guided tour of the plantation.
Enjoy Niyagama's original and light Sri Lankan cuisine, which is still strongly influenced by the ancient Ayurvedic knowledge about healthy eating.
