This 200hr Yin Yoga Training Foundation is specifically designed to:
Engage you on the compelling Yin Yoga style of yoga practice

Educate and enchant you on why Yin Yoga is so good for the modern body and mind.

Our YTT takes places at Mala Dhara Eco Resort (think yum organic food, understated luxury, pool and peace and quiet), Chiang Mai, one of Thailand's most loved yoga destinations.
