start on your way towards a 200/300/500-hour certification
my 50hr training counts towards your 200hr certificate hours with us as well as continuing education hours with Yoga Alliance. You do not need to be enrolled in our 500-hour program to participate. If you are interested to continue training with us to receive an advanced training certification with us, then you have the option to apply to our 500-hour training and this yoga teacher training’s hours will automatically apply towards your 500-hour certification process. Now, if you don’t know who I am, my name’s Dhugal Meachem, and I’m the founder of the blackmat yogi school. My personal mission is to help yogis, like yourself, break free from the “rules” that stop us from building a yoga practice for ourselves, free of gurus, dogma and alignment rules (which tell us who is doing poses right and wrong) and achieving the yogic life you want, the yogic life you deserve.
To date, I have helped over 1,372 (and counting) yogis worldwide build & launch their life based on the health and contentment of an empowering yoga practice using easy-to-understand education and practice. I am an acupuncturist, yogi and yoga teacher trainer with decades of experience.
