Our 5-day week explores the breadth and versatility of the hatha yoga practice. From hard work in foundational poses, strength in inversions, bliss in backbends, introspection in forward folds and fire in a fun flow, come join me in this opportunity to build your knowledge and your practice. Please join me on the mat for a warming, full yoga experience beginning Monday, October 11.

top down tuesday: inversion and arm balances
bendsday wednesday: backbends
thankful thursday: forward folds and twists
flowing friday: vinyasa
