These offerings are designed to be entered over time. Each program below includes its next dates and format.

This in-depth training is the heart of my work — a living synthesis of functional movement, meditative awareness, and the philosophy of the Tao. It’s a journey that returns you to your body’s wisdom, cultivates quiet strength, and renews your relationship with life itself.

Foundations

Establishing shared language, orientation, and embodied understanding.

Yin Yoga Foundations — 200hr

A comprehensive foundation in Yin practice informed by Chinese medicine, functional anatomy, and lived experience.

A year‑long immersion into functional Qigong (Yang Gong), cultivating movement, breath, and coordination as living practice.

Prerequisite: Qigong Foundations

Refining awareness of Qi, advancing movement intelligence, and integrating practice into daily life and teaching.
