5 hours of video content including both theory and practice:

  •  Theory: 3hrs of Essential Yin Yoga theory; The Principles of Yin Yoga; Limitations of Movement – Tension and Compression. Introduction to Variable Anatomy.
  •  2x 1hr Practice: Posture Practice with Tension and Compression Analysis
