deepen your practice - a (close to) silent 2.5hr online retreat

Each month, i will lead a 2.5hr silent, led practice designed to bring us back to the simple power of regular mindfulness and movement. This intensive is recommended for those with at least one year of Yin & Yang yoga practice and one year of meditation, but all are free to join.
We will weave our time around a them, practice yin and yang yoga, and sit in multiple meditations.
this mindful, self-compassionate time will refresh our systems, reset our inner world, and tune us into the deep well of care and dynamism within.

7am - Welcome & theme introduction
7.15 - 9.30 asana/sitting/reflection practice
how do i join?
- you can take live or recorded. a recorded practice link will be available for 7 days.
- the retreat is complimentary to online studio annual subscribers.

Certifying yoga teachers since 2015, Dhugal is an expert in the anatomy, practice and philosophy of Yin yoga and the Chinese paradigm of health. He calls for a simplifying of a balance of our heart-mind health through gentle practice, humor and knowledge.
In our time together, we will interweave yin & yang yoga, longevity practices, taoism, and a strong grounding in variable anatomy into an integral practice which allows us to discover and enliven our body, heart, and mind.
